Rosebenter Owuor is a lecturer in the school of Nursing Maseno University and a chairperson of the Department of Nursing Education, Leadership, and Research.  My research interests are in nursing administration, maternal health, and HIV/AIDs.  My educational background includes an MSc in Nursing Administration from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, and a BSc in Nursing from the University of East Africa, Baraton.
